1. Introduction

The protection of your privacy and personal data is a priority for Fermentierra Laurent Cornu. This Privacy Policy informs you about how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when you visit our website and use our BulkInvoice Manager Pro service.

We limit the collection of data to the information strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the service:

Account Data: Your email address and encrypted access credentials (managed via our authentication provider Supabase).
Billing Data (Pro Subscribers): Information managed and processed directly and exclusively by our secure provider Stripe. We do not store or view any credit card details.
Configuration Preferences: Your naming patterns and custom categories are encrypted and synced to your account.

Important Note: We do not store any of your invoice files on our servers. Processing occurs on-the-fly in volatile memory, and files remain local to your browser session.

3. Use of Data

Your personal data is used exclusively to:

Create and maintain your user account.
Manage subscriptions and secure Stripe payments.
Provide customer support and process legal inquiries.
Provide access to invoice analysis services through our AI proxy.

4. Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data is shared only with trusted sub-processors required to execute the contract:

Supabase Inc. (Authentication and user profile).
Stripe Inc. (Subscription management and billing).
OpenAI Inc. (AI extraction processing - files sent transitively without persistent storage).

5. Data Retention Period

Account data is retained as long as your account remains active. Upon deletion or cancellation, your personal profile data in Supabase will be permanently deleted from our records within 30 days.
